Over 68 years of Community Impact
Our Mission
Throughout our 69 years, we have supported over 90 arts, education, health and welfare non-profit organizations. We carefully select our fundraising beneficiaries, recipients and partners to maximize our impact.
Community Giving Fund
In 2023, Summit League established a Community Giving Fund to provide year-round opportunities to non-profits in the areas of arts, education, health and/or welfare, and to respond to emergency needs in Santa Clara County.
For the 2026–2027 Summit League year, Summit League will consider grant requests of $10,000 to $15,000 from local nonprofit organizations. To be eligible, organizations must be located within the Santa Clara Valley.
The Community Giving Grant application process is designed to be simple and straightforward. Applications will be accepted in the fall of 2026, with approved grants funded in the spring of 2027. Grant requests may support a program, project, or capital improvement. All Community Giving grants are subject to approval by a majority vote of Summit League’s Active membership.
Applications will be accepted from September 1 through December 18, 2026. Applications received after the December 18 deadline will not be considered for the 2026–2027 grant cycle and applicants will be encouraged to apply the following Summit League year.
All eligible grant requests will be reviewed and summarized for a membership vote in February 2027. Approved grant funds will be distributed in early spring 2027.
